My Therapy

Reiki treatments are designed to restore the body's natural well-being. It requires ittle input from yourself apart from helping me understand what your requirements and expectations of the treatment are.

Reiki can be used for a number of conditions including Pain, Trauma, Stress, Anxiety, Migrain and Depression.

I can offer treatment in your own home with my transportable and comfortable (fully adjustable) Reiki Table for those that like to recieve treatment laying down.

I also have a transportable two way Reiki Chair for those that like to recieve treatment in a sitting position.

All you need to do to prepare is to wear comfortable clothing.

I work out of the Sedgley area of the West Midlands and will travel within the locality in order to deliver the treatment in your own home. If you live further afield I can also deliver distance Reiki after an initial telephone consultation. My treatments are also suitable for animals and family pets.

My aim is to listen and understand your needs and expectations and work out a plan to achieve results so that you will feel deep relaxation. In doing so stress levels will be greatly reduced and your health and wellbeing greatly improved.

This can be quite noticeable even after one session.

I love animals especially cats and can offer my treatments for your family pets.

I am very active and love the out doors. I enjoy swimming, Yoga and reading.
